After five attempts to get through to the service department to pick up my car, my husband was able to finally talk to someone to get it paid for after hours pick up. When I picked up my car the panel from the drivers side was laying on the floor on the passengers side and my car hadn’t received a courtesy wash. I brought my motorhome in for an oil change a couple of days ago. I was surprised they changed the oil out in the parking lot. I don't think that gives the best outcome. I recently brought my F-150 in for "The Works" service to include an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The oil change was completed but the tech could not locate the wheel lock so they c include an oil change, tire rotation and multi point inspection. The oil change was completed but the tech could not locate the wheel lock so they closed the ticket without the tire rotation or brake inspection. I contacted my service advisor, Roland Hayes, and explained the issue. He immediately said that I would not need to come back in for the remaining service he would have the Mobile service van with Zeke come out. They came out the same day I contacted them. Kudo to Roland and the service team. We have found our go to Ford Dealership. Thanks for valuing your customers. I will recommend the dealership to all my friends. More
