Our salesman was rude the general manager was rude the finance person was great difused the situation. Joey was the final person i dealt with when returning the car. I just purchased a used car from Suburban Honda this past Saturday! Gigi was amazing to work with! She made sure I had all the information I needed and did her best to communicate with me throughout the enti Saturday! Gigi was amazing to work with! She made sure I had all the information I needed and did her best to communicate with me throughout the entire process. Although Gigi was an absolute pleasure to work with and everyone was generally 'friendly', I can't say the process was entirely fast. I understand the dealership has gone through a lot of changes and is struggling with staffing, but it still wasn't fun waiting 4+ hours over the span of 2 days (and having to come back for a 3rd to get my extra key & switch my plate because it was 2 hours past close when the deal was signed). Overall I'm really pleased with the condition of my new vehicle, my time working with Gigi, and that the process is done, I just wish it wasn't such a lengthy process. More
