Darren was an delight to work with, 10/10! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Darren & Sullivan Brothers in general! I purchased a 2019 RAV from him in December and I simp I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Darren & Sullivan Brothers in general! I purchased a 2019 RAV from him in December and I simply couldn't be happier. I hardly ever write reviews but a month later I am still thinking about how lucky I am to have my dream car! Darren's customer service was unparalleled. He is for EVERYONE but ladies, listen up! After visiting a few dealerships, I was feeling very disheartened. It can be especially stressful for a woman to buy a car and unfortunately, more often than not, I felt pushed into things or that I was being talked to in a way I wouldn't have been if I were a man. I have recommended him to colleagues & girlfriends alike. Darren walked me through everything in such a patient, informed, and most importantly, RESPECTFUL way. His customer service was unmatched. Top to bottom he went above and beyond to make this a pleasant experience. He didn't make me feel rushed, answered every single one of my questions, and made sure that I was comfortable every step of the way. The car is beautiful but it was feeling like I was in the right hands that made me take the leap with my gorgeous RAV. Good to a leasing newbie I came to Sullivan Brothers Toyota with a friend who highly recommended Bob Hallissey to assist with leasing a car. He was very friendly and low key and helped me through my nervousness about the choice and follow up. In addition I got extensive support and information from Tracey and Jamie checked in periodically to see that everything was going well. The car is very nice! Patty was the main issue again! She failed to send the shuttle service to pick me up at work as she promised. She then complained that she was stuck at her desk the entire day as if that was a good excus shuttle service to pick me up at work as she promised. She then complained that she was stuck at her desk the entire day as if that was a good excuse. Then she had to re do all of the paperwork because she did not use the coupon I gave to her when I dropped off the car even though she had it written down on the form. Then she would not take no for an answer when I told her I did not want to schedule my next service appt and would do so online as I usually do. She was adamant that I had to do it and she just chose a date for me and said I could change it. All of these issues caused me to be late picking up my grandchildren from school. Patty is a problem every time I have to deal with her! I have no idea why they have her dealing with customers. More
