At the time of this response, you and I have had a telephone conversation and have discussed how this was handled by our dealership and by Cadillac. And while it did take just over 1 business day, I believe that we have come up with a satisfactory resolution to your concerns with your vehicle. It is my understanding that you will also be hearing from a representative from Cadillac shortly. Again, I am very sorry for the aggravation and frustration that you and your wife experienced from this encounter.
