"09 Venza Repair"

After having a complete parking brake failure after Summit Toyota replaced the complete parking brake system, I took my Venza to Ganley Toyota to have them check it. According to there tech # 701 and there Service consultant, the parking brake parts were installed incorrectly by Summit Toyota and would cost me $852.00 to have them fix what Summit Toyota did wrong. I would think that Toyota would not allow this kind of practice to happen or is Toyota Corporation in on it to have double sales on one repair.

"Takes care of customers even if you didn’t buy from them!"

We’ve been using Summit Toyota for service for many years. We haven’t purchased anything from them, but always trusted them to service our two Toyotas. Our 18 sienna was in for its complementary service and also had the option to update the audio system ... well this normally would have incurred an additional fee because we did not purchase it from them , Nikki the Service manager was nice enough to waive the fee just because we have given them service over the years. I really do appreciate you going the extra mile. Not every service or repair done there might be the cheapest necessarily, but I do appreciate honest customer service coming from a dealer...It can be hard to come by it seems! There are many options when it comes to car repairs but I am comfortable and confident in the service I’ve had at Summit

Had a good experience, oil change, tires rotated. Andrew was very kind and did not try to sell me on a bunch of stuff I did not need. This experience was much better than the problem we had with the back passenger door with the lady manager. Miss Tim Treadway.

"Prius Software Upgrade"

Brought my 2010 Prius in for the recent software update. As always, I was scheduled in at quickly and on a date and time that was convenient for me. "Routine Maintenance"

The staff is friendly and professional. The assigned staff member explained the services and responded to my request to pay particular attention to a wheel and its components that had hit a large pothole. Toyota continues to make its cars right, as shown by no damage from that one or from hitting other potholes. We also discussed pricing for future visits.

Excellent experience, 30,000 mile oil change and a tire rotation in less than 1 hour. Friendly service, but it is not as nice as when Jen Sheldon worked there. I miss talking to her, they need to get her back.

When I arrived for my 9:30 am appointment it was on their schedule for 1:30. agent stated that was not a problem and they would make sure I would be in by 9:30. I had rescheduled my original appointment for 1:30 on Wednesday to 9:30 am on Friday. Regardless if it was my error or a staff member the service department solved the issue.
