"Getting a new lease car"

We came to Summit for last service on leased Camry, and drove off with a new Rav4 lease. We had no intentions of doing that yet, but were presented with a deal too good to be true. Therefore, we now have a new Toyota with lots of" bells and whistles". Shannon, the sales manager and the business manager were all knowledgeable and thorough. This is our 10th or 11th Toyota. "Excellent Service"

As usual I was greeted promptly and pleasantly by the Service Representative. My Highlander was in for the 40,000 mile service consisting of an oil and filter change, tire rotation and courtesy inspection. I was informed that I was due a 3rd free oil change since I had purchased the vehicle from Summit. Needless to say this was great to hear. My wife and I waited in the Summit customer waiting room which is very nice with TV, reading materials and refreshments. The service was done in less than the hour promised and the vehicle was washed free of charge. All in all a great experience.

I had a fast and easy oil change also I had a tire rotation. The waiting area was comfortable and the wifi kept me occupied for the 30 minutes it took to complete my servicing.
