Worst customer service I have ever received from a Dealership. I have owned over 10 BMWS dating back to 1977. Decided to lease the last BMW, and called Peter Kompotiatis a month prior to the lease Dealership. I have owned over 10 BMWS dating back to 1977. Decided to lease the last BMW, and called Peter Kompotiatis a month prior to the lease expiring. I left 3 messages and my wife 2. with only 1 return call stating that the car was due back in April 30. I surely would have purchased or leased another BMW, but after the lack of response NEVER again From Sun Motors. I explained this to the sales agent and is only excuse was Peter is very Busy. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL BE GOING TO APPLE OR ANOTHER BMW DEALER More
The worst BMW dealership I’ve have ever been to. A few months ago I had my rain gel sensor leaking on my M4. I called and made an appointment. When I took my car in I sensed a lot of confusion. I explained I had my windshield replaced a few months prior and that was probably the cause. One of the advisors came out to look at it and said keep wiping it and eventually it will stop and because it was extra glue dripping down. I took his word for it and it is still dripping down. His name was Adam. The second time I had to deal with them I got a nail in my tire and I have the roadside warranty for a year. I called to make an appointment and wasn’t in their system. That meant when I had the rain gel sensor problem they didn’t even put me in the system, so I didn’t have an appointment. That’s why the told me to just wipe it. They told me over the phone they could probably just patch it. I used to live in North Carolina and Florida and have gotten many flat tires in the past and every BMW dealership said NEVER to patch a track tire. He said bring it in and we will look at it and go from there. When arriving, Tim was very rude and right off that bat told me it would be $40 to patch the tire which is ridiculous. I explained I had the roadside warranty and wanted the tire to be replaced. He then came back to me a few minutes later and said he can’t get that tire because it is on back order. He stated he would look around and try to find one and give me a call on Monday, he never called. The same day I called another BMW dealership to see if I would get the same story. The other dealership said they could have it to their shop in 3-5 business days. Unfortunately other dealerships are pretty far away from me, so I had to take it to Sun. After this I will not be going back and will be contacting BMW for both horrible experiences. More

Absolute best sales and service experience I have encountered with any brand. We are currently on our 7th BMW, and the last 6 have been from Sun Motor Cars. I can't imagine going anywhere else. Will Estill's, Online Specialist, determination, knowledge, understanding and patience are the reasons I went to Sun BMW to test drive. And Sarah Jekel, Product Genius, is a jewel. Before leaving, she performed an operator protocol ensuring all operative questions were answered. Her suggestions made the ultimate experience better. Sun BMW earns the customer's trust. Some kind of policy for adult . You must be 25 to get a loaner. Keep in mind 18 years it's not kid anymore. So if you are buying a cars from this dealer make sure you have time to pick and drop the car for service while you Adult who has 24 years sitting at home. More

Get your own WHERE DO I SIGN!!! deal I was a bit skeptical when I reached out via e-mail to Sun BMW to give me a quote on brand new 2018 BMW X3M40i since the dealership had only one exam I was a bit skeptical when I reached out via e-mail to Sun BMW to give me a quote on brand new 2018 BMW X3M40i since the dealership had only one example in stock and it was just released to the consumers. Bree Wallen responded to my e-mail very quickly and proceed to give me an appraisal of my trade via e-mail which non of the other dealers I reached out to did this for me. I stopped by the same weekend to take a quick test drive of this SUV. To my surprise Bree had off but I meet Peter Kompotiatis upon walking into the dealership. Peter and I hit it right off since he is an avid car enthusiast. After the test drive I was not only presented the sale numbers on the vehicle but Peter went out of his way to get me all of the incentives that BMW was offering. To close the deal not only did they discount the SUV and gave me the incentives, they also gave me a choice of special financing rates of 0.90% for 72 months. DISCOUNT+INCENTIVES+SPECIAL APR+ FAIR TRADE VALUE=WHERE DO I SIGN!!!! Needless to say I purchased the first X3M40i at the dealership. In the finance office I meet Alyssa Christian who was a great sport and did not pressured me into purchasing any unwanted add-ons. Five days later I reached out to Peter about the 2018 Black M3 that was sitting in the showroom. Needless to say DISCOUNT+INCENTIVES+SPECIAL APR+ =WHERE DO I SIGN!!!! I ended up purchasing the M3 also even though I was planning to do a European Deliver on one. Three weeks later my brother-in law ended up purchasing a 2018 530I Xdrive from Peter. Again, DISCOUNT+INCENTIVES+SPECIAL APR+ FAIR TRADE VALUE=WHERE DO I SIGN!!! He could not be happier with his new 5 series. Lastly I cannot forget BMW Genius Casey Hawbaker who was great at explaining the vehicle tech features and saved me from reading the owners manual.
