Worst dealer ever !!! I bought a Ford Focus brand new and from the day I bought it its been giving me problems . I went to trade it for a Fusion they want to get me 9000. Not impressed at all The salesman that met me on the lot was not professional and was very pushy! He claimed he really needed my car as a trade in for another customer but The salesman that met me on the lot was not professional and was very pushy! He claimed he really needed my car as a trade in for another customer but he refused to give any type of trade in value. I determined he didn't need the car too badly. He claimed my only color choices for the car I was looking at was Black, Red, and Charcoal. I knew there was a white one sitting on another dealers lot. He indicated that Ford no longer made a blue color choice for any car. I know there is a blue color choice for the car I was looking at as Ford's website says there is one. I am a woman and don't know much about cars but I'm not completely stupid. The salesman also was asking me how he should act to me so that I will buy from him. Really?? If you have to ask your customer how to act to them you have already lost the deal. And Sir, to answer your question how about some straight up old fashioned truth and integrity. More
