Unfortunately, this review is on the negative side; however, very well earned by the personnel. Sunland Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is the ONLY dealership who's personnel are NOT honest. The Salesman however, very well earned by the personnel. Sunland Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM is the ONLY dealership who's personnel are NOT honest. The Salesman brought up some deals and points to consider; however, the financing clerk wrote down completely different amounts on the contract. IF anything from the original deal changed then bring it up with the buyer for continuous agreement, but that NEVER happened. My trade in was supposed to be paid in full (DID NOT HAPPEN). The car I purchased was supposed to be 22K but the contract says almost 26k. I would have walked away if these two points were explained up front. Deceiving conniving greedy people hiding behind a smile! :( My HUGE mistake was to trust these vultures upon signing the paperwork! Now I have a debt of 33k for a 2020 Honda Civic! Oh, and their service center for repairs is very expensive, DO NOT TAKE your vehicles there! The process began at 10 am and drove off at 7 pm! :( Uhg More

All dealership staff was very friendly and supportive; I have purchased Jeep vehicles since 1978 (under different dealership owners) and to date, the dealership has been able to meet my expectations.
