"Service at Riverside Toyota"

Maintenance and oil change were done, but I could not start my car the next day. That is strange. I never had problems before. The battery was checked by AAA, but the settings of the electrical parts on my Prius must have been changed. I never had this problem before. Otherwise, the service seemed to be good. One thing I thought was strange is that my antenna was removed and was on my passenger seat. Hopefully, I won't have problems starting my Prius again - never had problems before.

"Replace air bags/oil change"

Service was prompt. Courtesy van was available, employees were very helpful. Lisa took time to install my license plate sticker, replace my side view mirror cover and show me how to discourage the mice who had made a home under my hood.

I enjoy coming into a service center where all of the service people are friendly and kind. I enjoy the timely manner that things are completed in and the use of the internet and coffee station is an added bonus!! In addition , having my car washed complimentary is nice also!!

"Service for Recall Item"

My 2014 Corolla S was recalled for an airbag issue. Everyone at Sunnyside who assisted me was incredibly courteous and considerate, and the repair was completed in a very reasonable period of time. This was my first visit there and I came away impressed!

Other Employees : I cannot recall the names of the two individuals who assisted me. A gentleman greeted me when I pulled in, and a lady at a work station took it from there.

"Fast, thorough service"

My appointment was scheduled for 1 p.m. When I dropped off the car and headed into the waiting room, I asked an attendant if it takes around 45 min.or so. He told me that since it was a nicer day, they are washing cars and more likely be am hour to hour and fifteen minutes. So i sat down and started reading a book. Within 15 minutes, a service tech came over and went over my tires, windshield fluid, etc. All left to do was wash my car. I was driving out of the dealership at 1:35!
