Leased a new Rav4 - Excellent experience! I had the pleasure of leasing a new 2018 Rav 4 from Sunrise Toyota. I traded in my 2015 Rav4, also leased from Sunrise, and the process could not hav I had the pleasure of leasing a new 2018 Rav 4 from Sunrise Toyota. I traded in my 2015 Rav4, also leased from Sunrise, and the process could not have been smoother. Every step of the way, Ahmed sat with me and never made me feel pressured to go in one direction or another, and always explained my options fully. I truly feel like he was more concerned with making sure I made the best decision for me rather than just selling me a car. He was communicative throughout the entire process and never made me feel like I was in the dark or being ignored. The Best Salesman you can Find! I first met Efrain when he was employed by Atlantic Toyota, he sold me my 2012 Camry and again in 2014 I bought another from him. Upon return to Atla I first met Efrain when he was employed by Atlantic Toyota, he sold me my 2012 Camry and again in 2014 I bought another from him. Upon return to Atlantic, I found Efrain had left the company. I was shocked as I always enjoyed working with Efrain. It wasn't till July of 2018 when I decided to visit Sunrise Toyota. I pass this dealership on my way to/from work. As I entered the building, I was greeted by a friendly gal behind the desk and after she asked me what she can help me with, my wife had spotted Efrain. I was overjoyed to find out that Efrain was here. Woohoo, I thought. I immediately ask the gal to put with with Efrain. While waiting for Efrain to finish with his previous customer, he must of saw me sitting there and came over to greet me and remembered who I was right away. I'll admit, I was excited to see him again. When he was finished with his client, he sat down with me. I told him how fed up with Atlantic I was after how I was treated by this sales person who was "rough around edges" and persisted to tell me how he expects he wife to perform in the bedroom. In fact it made both my wife and I uncomfortable. Anyway - Efrain explained how very different Sunrise Toyota is from Atlantic - and how Sunrise treats its customers. I always thought Efrain had morals as he is a very patient, kind, and considerate as well as professional salesperson. He is interesting to talk to and doesn't mind sharing what he believes is right. I like to call Efrain a miracle worker because he always makes a deal go through without a whole lot of haggling. I know I can be a tough sell but this sale, was absolutely the quickest sale I have ever been through. What a pleasure this time around was. Even my wife was happy with the entire experience. To sum up - if you're considering going to Sunrise Toyota - I strongly suggest you ask for Efrain. I have no doubts the rest of the sales team is as friendly and knowledgeable but Efrain is a cut above the rest. I guarantee you will have the vehicle that you want as a fair price.
