I’ve had generally good experience with this dealer (mostly the Service Dept) since buying a 2016 Impala new there. It’s about 6-7yrs later and they’ve honored the free oil change promise, and kept the (mostly the Service Dept) since buying a 2016 Impala new there. It’s about 6-7yrs later and they’ve honored the free oil change promise, and kept the car running well… I’ve brought it there for all the scheduled service. Today (Aug.2023) was the first time I had a service advisor that seemed relatively clueless, in all these years. This was the first time they skipped over some of the stuff I brought the car in for, so I had to make another appt and will have to bring it back again in a couple weeks. Waste of time. More
