I had an appointment for a one o’clock oil change. I brought it in at 12:45. I was told they would start at around 1:10 am would tahr about an hour. At 2:30 I asked about my truck they told me they we I brought it in at 12:45. I was told they would start at around 1:10 am would tahr about an hour. At 2:30 I asked about my truck they told me they were working on it and should be done soon. It was 4:00 o’clock before my truck was finished. I think this was to long for simple oil change. More

Neal was great to work with. I also need to make an apology to him. My car was in there for warranty work and he called me to tell me my battery was bad also. I honestly didn’t believe him because my battery was recently replaced somewhere else. He recommended I go to that place to have it tested, so I did. It did test bad, and was replaced under warranty.
