Anthony "Tony" Barragan responded to my request for cash or trade on my 3 year old Lexus through KBB. Two other dealers had already given unacceptable "low ball" offers. One of these had solicited me by mail, but kept me waiting for a couple of hours before giving an offer; and their attitude throughout was as if they were doing me a favor. Tony and Joel were friendly, reasonable, and flexible. I was impressed with the product lineup the minute I entered the Kia showroom, and amazed at how much new technology has been added in the last 3 years. Frankly, I had never even considered Kia before. Tony was very knowledgeable and patient during my scheduled next day appointment to become familiar with the features of the vehicle. He emphasized that I should contact him for appointments for any future service, and that his partner Fanny will represent me on his days off, or anytime he is unavailable. Fanny introduced herself, and also made this clear.
Great guy great service. My turbo blew out and I was out of warranty. Thank God there was a recall on the turbo line. They inspected the car and determined that the car could be fixed under the recall. The car runs like new.
