Randy listens to my needs, wants, budget, concerns etc. He doesn't try to product dump on me, he truly finds me exactly what I want. We wandered into Sunshine Toyota and Tyler worked diligently with us over the course of a couple of weeks to find the perfect smooth riding car to meet his needs. We settled on a used Highlander and love it. My husband was able to go visit our Grandchildren for the first time in two years, and celebrate the first birthday of our youngest. The thing we liked about Tyler was that he came across as real, sincere, and did not try to put pressure on us to buy. We really appreciated that. We would definitely recommend Sunshine Toyota. Krista made all the difference! I purchased a 2014 Highlander last week from this dealership. I first contacted them via an online add for a different car. They were very responsiv I purchased a 2014 Highlander last week from this dealership. I first contacted them via an online add for a different car. They were very responsive and when I did visit the dealership to drive the car I ultimately purchased, the car was parked up front waiting for me and Krista was expecting me. The physical space of the dealership is very clean and customer friendly with a very nice lounge area to sit in if you have to wait. Krista was very knowledgeable, polite and professional during the process. She responded in a timely matter and was very responsive to my schedule. On delivery day Krista drove to Kalamazoo to pick me up and drive me to the dealership in Battle Creek. Because my financing was at an out of state institution their needs were different than what the financing manager is accustomed to and so it caused a delay in the process. I had to stay actively involved in the process of providing the lender the document they needed to fund the loan which should of not be needed. Krista was not part of the problem in this process. More
