I sold my car in Pittsburgh and moved to St. Louis for work. I had my eyes set on a Kia Optima for a few months. I was recommended to the Suntrup Kia on Lindbergh Blvd, and I'm glad I was! Josh Tiberend was such a wonderful help with the entire process - very polite and personable, very understanding, very nice and overall was very diligent and helped speed up the entire process, which I was thankful for being in a hurry that day. Dave Chadwick was extremely helpful as well. He did everything he could to make sure I was happy with my monthly lease payment and that all paperwork was done quickly - also a very nice and personable guy. These two made my experience at Suntrup Kia a pleasure. They both followed up with me as well a few days after. Josh will continue to be my go-to guy at Kia for all my service needs. Overall, everyone I bumped into at the dealership was very nice, welcoming and polite. I am extremely happy with my 2015 Kia Optima that I am currently leasing, and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to a friend. Great job everyone! More

Sure lets hop in he says.....Thats how I got my sweet car....2014 Kia Soul !...with all the bells and whistles you could dream of in a car....I waited almost a year before writing this review. I never would have thought that buying a car could be an enjoyable experience. In fact, the whole experience was fun! Ryan was professional, caring, knowledgeable and informative. His low pressure, helpful approach was beyond belief. I just can't say enough about what a joy he made my purchase of a new Kia Soul. When it came time for the financing paperwork to be done we were helped by a gentleman called BJ who was yet another amazing representative of Suntrup Kia. BJ was professional, personable and smooth as silk when it came time to process the paperwork.
