Need to work on you service scheduling. 4 weeks out to schedule a simple oil change is way too long. If it were not for the lifetime powertrain warranty, I would not use Suntrup service d 4 weeks out to schedule a simple oil change is way too long. If it were not for the lifetime powertrain warranty, I would not use Suntrup service department. Quality of work, Service Writers are all very good but having to plan 4-6 weeks in advance to schedule an oil change is ridiculous. More
