"Wasted time and ruined my floor mats "

Went in for a simple oil change and asked them to check a noise in the rear end for me, after 1 hr 45 min I had to ask for my car back because I didn’t block an entire day for an oil change. Was told the mechanic was still trying to isolate the noise, but that could have been related to me about an hour prior. When my car came back, the guy got out, no paper on the floor, and my nice blue floor mats were caked in mud from his shoes. Told my advisor Ashley about it and she said she would inform both her managers, that was a month ago and nothing from them Obviously this review site is owned by the dealers, as no negative reviews are ever posted

Kenneth"Kool Ken" Powell is an excellent salesperson and customer friendly.I had bought an Acura and the original salesperson didn't not show me the majority of the features with this vehicle.Days later I walked in the showroom because I had questions about my vehicle features.Kenneth greeted me with a smile and asked me could he help me and I replied yes.He answered all my questions and even explained features I didn't even know my vehicle had.Kudos for Kenneth.

"Dealing with Kenny Powell and service."

Dealing with Ken Powell and the service department was an easy and very non-stressful experience. Also, while waiting for my vehicle I had an opportunity to discuss options of buying or continuing to lease the MDX. Ken was very knowledgeable on the difference’s between the two. I also had questions on our new lease Acura MDX and Ken was very helpful with that as well. Our next lease or purchase will be with Ken.

I have had 7 cars serviced at Superior. They are always ready for me on arrival, review needs, ask if I need a loaner, then deliver the car sooner than promised. The waiting area is comfortable and stocked w/snacks,beverages, reading mat'l, and TV. The Service mgr. greets by first name and was instrumental in getting my last car repaired after a major T-bone crash (the other guy ran a red light). They have gone the extra mile to be sure our vehicles are in top shape with everything current (even replacing battery at no cost before warranty expired).

I leased a Acura from this dealer. While the leasing experience was ok at the time, the follow up service from the dealer left something to be desired. I escalated the issues up to management (at the time it was Lenny I believe) but ultimately couldn't come to a mutual understanding. I ended up switching to a different dealership to maintain the vehicle and ultimately lease my next Acura.

We came in on a Saturday without an appointment, we had a starting issue with the car. We were worried it was going to be something very expensive, but it was only a battery problem. It took less than an hour, the waiting area was great, and everyone was friendly.
