When I told them that I will need to inspect the car they said it was a no. I told them no one buys a $32,000 pre owned no warranty with out at least looking under the hood. He said they already did that. I told him you must be kidding. Who takes the word of a used car salesmen? At which he got infuriated. I said if you're so confident in your inspection back it with a warranty? He said impossible. I had the check in hand and took it back to the bank. Horrible person, and horrible way to do business. There was no way I was going to give them my business. Found same truck with half the miles and certified per-owen 12 month bumper to bumper warranty and more options for same price. Thank God I didn't go with them. Way to many dealership out there that treat their customers right. More

Last day of car wars 2017 I recently bought a new 2017 Ford Fiesta from freedom Ford. This is my first new car being purchased and I can not stand by the product, because being I recently bought a new 2017 Ford Fiesta from freedom Ford. This is my first new car being purchased and I can not stand by the product, because being brand new, it runs great we will all see how the Fiesta holds up over time. I can though say that the service and the sales experience was excellent. I am a college student and they did everything they could to put me in a car for the payment that I needed to be at. Also while I was waiting to see how the paperwork turned out, I was approached by another salesmen and gave me a curtiousy ride in the new Focus rs, while we waited. So all in all they were great. I will definitely stay in the freedom Ford family. More

The service manager in particular, Frank, is always able to explain in great detail the service provided. The detailing service provided for some vehicles is a nice addition to the service provided. In general, the department is run very efficiently offering transportation service while your car is being service. Very pleased with the Service department overall. Prior the servicing our vehicle, the sales staff, was very receptive to vehicle details. Our salesperson, Daniel, made every effort to ensure that we were pleased with our purchase. More
