Oil change at the Ford dealer I usually come in early at 7:00am or 8:00am, but this time I waited till 9:00 am. It wasn't busy at all. Not Very Happy Was not very happy with the Service Dept. $102.00 bill for an oil change. Was not told that my tire rotation was included in the $59.95 package, so I Was not very happy with the Service Dept. $102.00 bill for an oil change. Was not told that my tire rotation was included in the $59.95 package, so I was charge separately for that, and was not told that the cost would be $30.00 plus to clean the terminals on my battery. Why don't you inform customers of choices before work is performed?????? More

I received no less than five confirmation calls, texts and emails prior to the appointment. Upon arriving in the service area, I was checked in and talked with the service rep about my issues. As I was getting ready to leave, he asked me if I would need my car back tonight saying it was possible they may not be able to work on it today. I protested and ultimately the work was done. But what good is an appt if the possibility exists that it won’t be honored? Also, I used the shuttle service which is very helpful however the driver was quite unfriendly. More
This is from my last trip I dropped my truck off Sunday night. Called Monday at 1 to see why I hadn't heard anything. I was hung up on five times. 6th call I asked the receptionist to have someone call me. 3.5 hours later no one had called. I called back and still had to wait 45 minutes for someone from service to call me. They hadn't started yet. They got a guy on it but I only had a 10 minute window to pick up. Pretty awful experience from start to finish as a consumer. More
