I HAD to buy a vehicle, didn't want to buy one, but it was time. The new Bronco's were the only thing I've seen lately that I liked. I searched and Bayou Ford had the cheapest prices of the dealerships was time. The new Bronco's were the only thing I've seen lately that I liked. I searched and Bayou Ford had the cheapest prices of the dealerships around. I put in a request to see if one was on the lot and received an immediate phone call from Gerald Lieteau II. Super friendly! He found the car I was asking about and sent me pictures from all sides. After getting there I changed my mind 3 times, different colors and different Bronco models. I started at the cheapest and worked my way up. He never pushed me, he never tried to "convince" me, he never talked negatively about the cheaper models. He let me talk it through in my own head. He took my top two choices and went to work on it. Super encouraging the whole time. AFTER I purchased the upgraded model he came and sat in the car with me and THEN he told me about all of the bells and whistles I was getting. Highly recommended him, especially for a woman who knows very little about what's under a hood, and all the talk that comes with it. More

At first the experience was wonderful, but it’s when I signed for vehicle is when the nightmare started. When I was test driving the vehicle and checking it out me & the salesman noticed a crack on the wi signed for vehicle is when the nightmare started. When I was test driving the vehicle and checking it out me & the salesman noticed a crack on the windshield. He said no problem we’ll get that replaced before you purchase it. Apparently he was making promises his boss didn’t like. The salesman gave me a paper saying that they’ll replace the windshield when I take delivery of the vehicle and made me sign off on it. Well after I signed for the vehicle the salesman said they can’t change the windshield till the deal is funded. So when the bank called me to do an interview and review my loan they asked if any repairs was owed to me, and I told them yes the dealership promised me a new windshield. Well the bank wasn’t funding the deal till it changed. So that’s when the salesman & finance manager was calling and texting me to LIE to the bank to tell them it was changed to get the deal funded which I didn’t think was honest. Also kept promising that the auto glass service they use can come to my vehicle wherever I’m at to get it replaced, well that was also a lie. The auto glass company told me they can’t travel to my house the further they can go is to the dealership. Yes the dealership did offer to get it done in my hometown, but wanted me to pay for it and they reimbursed me, but after all the runaround I was getting just to get it changed thru them I wasn’t taking that chance. It seems like they was just saying anything they can to get the deal done. More
