My engine light came on so I called the service department and I set up a time to bring my car in. Richard arranged for me to use a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Richard made the entire process from start to finish was very professional, organized and stress free.
Service was performed as requested and on time. Appointment time was reserved and I was in and out in a normal amount of time and the service adviser and staff were courteous and professional. Would visit again and recommend to anyone.
Every time I visit Sutherlin Nissan for service it's enjoyable. Richard Pagan is my go to guy, but all the service reps are great. They treat me like my car is the only one in service and that makes me feel special.
Staff was very friendly and courteous. However, six hours to change drive belts seems rediculous. Don’t know if it’s a time management issue or a mechanic training issue. My recommendation of this service center would have a caveat about timeliness.
We did not have an appointment but were greeted by Sabrina and she was wonderful. Very friendly and accomodating. Gave us a timeline and it was kept. She came to us with paperwork that explained recommended repairs. We chose not to do them at that time but will follow up since she explained the importance very clearly. Just want you to know she is truly an asset to your service department.
