It was a beautiful sunny day, and I was eager to pick a new vehicle, but literally had no clue what I was looking for, what I could afford, or where to even start, Sean was charismatic and patient. He answered every question I had with ease and helped me search for the perfect vehicle that suited me. I wasn't even sure of what I was looking for when I arrived, and I left with the most beautiful vehicle I could have imagined. In addition, he helped walk me through the insurance process and all of the minor details, (that I usually never absorb) and I actually had a genuine understanding of the entire process. Easy Experience I needed an oil change and a check on a tire that had been losing air according to the electrical system. Air loss was sporadic, though, and the car I needed an oil change and a check on a tire that had been losing air according to the electrical system. Air loss was sporadic, though, and the car still ran beautifully, so we didn't know if the problem was really the tire or the electrical system. The service people found out within a reasonable time that it was, indeed, the tire, fixed the problem and changed the oil, etc., not to mention the thorough cleaning of the car inside and out, even though they knew it was going to rain. Excellent & Quick Chris Promades took me right in when I stopped in with an issue. He was able to get the shop foreman, Victor to take the car out for a quick ride. I met with David Delponte, one of the salesmen, who showed me the options I had and was very attentive. He really listened to my needs and never tried to upsell me. In fact, along with Steven, the floor manager, they educated me on the financial deals I qualified for and the benefits of leasing versus buying. The whole staff seemed to have buyers' best interested in mind because I overheard another salesman explain to a buyer how he should not buy now given what he owned on his current car. He shared with him that he'd be tacking on a hefty chunk of debt if he traded his car and signed up to finance a new one. Instead, he made some suggestions about how to approach his next car purchase. I really appreciated overhearing that type of interaction. It proved to me that Tasca is a dealership based on sound business practices that doesn't take advantage of the consumer. It was a very positive experience and I truly appreciated everyone involved in the whole process. More
