"Service Issue Resolved "

I had issues when the service problem started, and decided I would no longer lease my car from Tasca. I even called a sales person with my issues, and no return call. I left the issue and thought, I will just shop elsewhere (lease is up in 8 months). I then received an email from Ken regarding service. I thought I would give it one more shot, and much to my surprise the issue was resolved the same morning of my drop-off. Needless to say, I was very satisfied, and will proceed with my next lease upon completion of this one. My advice is for you to advise your sales crew to take service calls seriously, and to ensure that they follow up. Thank you,

I came in to get an oil change on my 2017 Lincoln Navigator and I was in a hurry.. the gentleman at the front desk told me to relax he would have me out of there in 50 to 60 minutes.. He was right and he also said to me “ you had a tire low on air, so we checked all your tires and they are perfect now” I didnt even know that my tires were low.. you guys are the best!!!! The gentleman was so nice to me..

"Professional, courteous, honest, friendly service"

Paul Mendence Jr. was professional, friendly, courteous, and made my experience seem as though I brought my vehicle to a family member. All the stress that can sometimes coincide with having a service done, the scheduling, unknown mechanical problems, transportation back home, an honest price for work performed and overall nervousness of entire process, were negated, solely by his conduct. This particular visit wasn't even my personal vehicle it was my girlfriends Subaru. She was impressed with Tasca immediately through his demeanor and confidently mentioned she would not only return but would only come back here to get service done. We scheduled her appointment due to my personal past dealings with Tasca and Paul with my ford f350. Thank you Tasca and most importantly thank you Paul Mendence Jr, for being the best dealership and employee that I have EVER had the opportunity to be a member of. -BOB HARTY JR
