I bought a brand new Dodge Caravan in 2014 from Taylor Chrysler Dodge. A few months ago it started acting weird. We brought it in to their service department twice before they figured out what was wrong. They called and told my wife that the spark plugs needed to be replaced which only had 40,000 miles on them and are rated at 100,000 miles. Only 1 spark plug needed to be replaced which was a casualty to the original problem. While our van was in their shop they ran into another car and dented up the rear right door. Since we were previously unhappy with their service, we asked to have someone else fix the door at their cost. Our quote to fix it was $2900 and they only want to pay $1700 of it. It’s been almost impossible to reach them by phone to discuss this. Our van still seems to be acting weird as well. We are very dissatisfied with our experience and all issues are currently unresolved.
I had my car dropped off due to a puncture tire. I clearly told the lady over the phone and even wrote it on the drop off envelope to not do any work to my car if I'm going to be charged and to call me before hand. Later that day I get a call that my car was done and the total was $27. Yeah it was not a lot, but it just the fact that they do not know how to follow directions. I understand that they are busy, but something that simple is not hard to follow, especially since I had in mind of buying a whole new tire instead of covering the hole. But since directions can not be followed I rather buy a tire somewhere else. Also when I got into my car my passenger seat was cover in orange dust. Which also shows that they really do not care about taking good car of a person's car. The only good out of this was that staff was friendly, but that does make up for the way things were handled.

I had a major problem with my car and had Warranty issues. Manager of Service Department resolved problem. I'm a retired person and every dollar counts as well as a reliable car. I'm a very Thankful Customer and love Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and their Service Department!!

Hesitant after my prior experience with an unusually long wait for oil change but check engine light came on and needed attention. John in the service center was very friendly pleasant and accommodating. Arranged for a ride home and back since I was local. Antonio Sr. my transportation really lifted my day and is a true Valued employee. Please acknowledge these individuals and the service staff for a quick efficient job well done.

I have a 2014 ram 1500 it was'nt enough to pull our 30ft travel trailer. We were in getting a oil change on our van . I told Jim mgr. my needs for pulling camper he had saleman Stephen Antalek work with me . Steve showed me a 2012 3500 diesel truck ; it had all the options I wanted made the deal drove it home . This was on 5/3 /2017
Very impressed with one, a 7a.m service appointment is just that, very prompt. Two, the customer lounge, very very clean, airy facility, not that closed in room usually associated with "waiting areas"
