Hospitality In a professional setting My wife & I researched a used truck on-line and made an appointment to visit and test drive. As we arrived, we were greeted by Mr. Brian Foil who info My wife & I researched a used truck on-line and made an appointment to visit and test drive. As we arrived, we were greeted by Mr. Brian Foil who informed us that our selected vehicle was being washed and almost ready to look over. Meanwhile Mr. Foil provided an over view of the features and history of the used truck. Mr. Foil answered all our questions in a professional & comfortable atmosphere & manner. After our test drive, we decided to purchase the truck. The remaining process was summarized for us and the closing paperwork 'ordeal' went smoothly and efficiently.
