Tempe Dodge opened in the Tempe Autoplex in May 1993. We started with one basic philosophy …. to consistently exceed our customer’s expectations. Our customers have shown us great loyalty and support over the years, and because of them, we are now one of the largest Dodge dealerships in the entire USA. In May of 2008, we proudly added the Chrysler & Jeep brands to our lineup..
We feel that we are different from most dealerships. We do not believe in spending huge amounts of money on newspaper ads, or radio and television commercials each month like many of our competitors. That would raise our costs of doing business and we would have to pass those costs on to our customers. That would not be fair. Instead, we chose to build Tempe Dodge one relationship and one customer at a time. Because of this, a large part of our business each month is from repeat and referral customers.
We truly feel that the sale of the vehicle is just the beginning, not the end. Thanks to our loyal customers, our Sales, Parts and Service Departments have grown steadily year after year. We are committed to building and maintaining relationships with our customers throughout the ownership experience. We found the exact vehicle that we wanted to purchase at this dealership. We were already pre-approved for a loan with a great rate. Once the dealership found out that we would not be financing through them this dealership. We were already pre-approved for a loan with a great rate. Once the dealership found out that we would not be financing through them they told us that they wouldn't sell us the vehicle as they would not receive any kick back from the finance company. They asked if we would consider using their finance company which we said we would consider. We were out of town for a week and when we returned we reached out to purchase the vehicle. We left messages, sent text messages and called directly to the dealership for several days with no return calls/messages. Finally after reaching the manager, we were told that they have the choice to not sell a vehicle to anyone and were afraid of a bad review going to management. We never complained (until they wouldn't return our calls) and we were willing to work with their finance company as we wanted the vehicle. This is horrible customer service, you at least return calls and explain the situation. We would have been disappointed but just flat ignoring calls/messages/text is extremely unprofessional. We will never do business with this dealership, we will share our story with all of our friends and family and never refer to this dealership. More

Chris is a pleasure to work with. Although I arrived for Express Service about 30 minutes early, I would have a few hour wait.
