Every aspect of my relations with all personnel were exceptional. Only reason not a 5 star was price of vehicle not competitive with Chevrolet 3/4 ton with same accessories. Salesman was great to work with in purchasing my new vehicle. Not to happy with leather seat install. Not a tight fix on rear seats. Dealership sold me a 2020 Ranger with repair damage their own body shop fixed and did not disclose to me before purchase. I noticed the repair work and the management tried to lie and say the vehicle had ne own body shop fixed and did not disclose to me before purchase. I noticed the repair work and the management tried to lie and say the vehicle had never been fixed. 10 minutes later after I showed them the bad work and arguing xthey admitted it and even offered to show pictures of the damaged they fixed. This is illegal, unethical, and a horrible practice. More
