I tried to buy two vehicles from them, was treated like an idiot and told by the salesman how much money they were losing on the vehicle that I was buying. I asked him to give me the best price out the door, and all he could do was tell me how much money they were losing. I didn't ask that I asked for a price. The vehicle was $58,000 and some change, it had three brand new tires on there and one that was about bald which was from a different manufacturer. I asked him if they could replace the tire, I did not say for free or anything else, and then he went on another tirade about they were losing over $4,000 of the vehicle and they would put no more money into it. I was buying this to transport school children in, and I needed a tire on it, and a price. Not playing games, not doing the salesman ploy. I then sent several messages online and was never able to get through to anybody else, or have anybody call me back. We were buying a transit van, and a car for driver's ed. Roughly in the neighborhood of 85 to $90,000. I guess if you can afford to let those kind of deals walk away from a local school district that tries to shop local, then you must be doing really well. I planned to come in and purchase a truck, I would have purchased no matter the dealer. The dealer experience was just a little lackluster. It was all about getting me out the door. The salesperson slid in a paint protection plan early in the deal, which I forgot about until the final running of the numbers. I could have pulled it out, but it was just too much hassle at that point to mess with it. Negotiations and paperwork took over 4 hours, but it was again all focused on getting the deal done and gone. More

It was due for an oil change so we took it in. While there I asked one of the guys if they could show me where to put the jack once it was up on the lift.
