They were really nice. They were also very helpful. Both the sales and finance people were nice and willing to work with you. I recommend them.

We worked with Laura McLain and Steve McQueen and had an excellent experience with the purchase of our 2021 Santa Fe. The dealership do not have the exact match we were looking for but Steve kept at it and was able to locate a dealer trade for us. We can’t thank Steve enough for all he did to locate our Santa Fe. We absolutely love the 2021 Calligraphy trim and all the awesome bells and whistles.
We feel like we got a great deal and Hyundai was offering zero financing and you can’t beat the Hyundai warranty. We can’t recommend Terry Lee and especially Steve and Laura enough - thank you!!!

One of the worst car experiences ever!! Wanted to purchase/lease a 2021 Kona and was happy with the color, options, and trade-in offer for my vehicle.
Problems started with sales person not verifying the vehicle was ready to be driven off the lot. He didn’t run through any new vehicle checklist(s), the vehicle didn’t have a full tank of gas as stated on the sticker, all four tires of the vehicle were under inflated by 8-10 psi (no warning lights), and car has a very distinct smell that I can only liken to a fish smell.
I returned the car the next day to get fuel capped off and a few days later after realizing tire pressure was low.
Apparently, having low air pressure in smaller tires increases the tire’s risk for an “impact bubble”, which one tire had, and had to be replaced. Of, course had the tire not been under inflated when I drove it off the lot, there’s a high likelihood there wouldn’t have been an “impact bubble” since the vehicle was never driven over any potholes. A reasonable person would reasonably assume the dealership would own up to their mistakes, but Terry Lee, instead, placed the blame on me for “hitting a pothole” even though I never ran over a pothole.
I brought the vehicle back again to have the odor investigated. Multiple service associates concurred that an odor (not a new car smell) was present so the vehicle went under a “ozanation” process (don’t ask me about the spelling as that’s how it’s spelled on their receipt). Unfortunately, this didn’t fix the issue and the odor is still quite apparent. Even my kids recognize that nothing was done to correct the smell as they comment every time we are in the car together. Ask Jason and Jim, however, and they will tell a lie that they didn’t smell anything unusual after the above process. I’m thinking they may have Covid since losing one’s sense of smell is one of the symptoms. Their response is “take it somewhere else”.
I even reached out to Terry Lee and he hasn’t bothered to follow-up, which indicates to me he’s not interested in trying to make things right.
So, if you’re in the market for a new or used car, steer clear of Terry Lee Hyundai in Noblesville. I hate saying that as I’m a true believer in supporting businesses in your city, but these guys are truly the worst car dealers I’ve experienced.
