The service department is terrible. Called numerous times left messages and no return phone calls. I got someone on the phone twice to schedule an appointment and both times I was quick Called numerous times left messages and no return phone calls. I am sure if I was buying a car, I would not have a problem getting someone on phone. Have to give one star because zero is not available. More

They advertise no hidden fees. Paid $668 dollars in xx fees. $169 for window etching which is in case my vehicle got robbed and sold for parts. What? Says optional but its not. $99 Paid $668 dollars in xx fees. $169 for window etching which is in case my vehicle got robbed and sold for parts. What? Says optional but its not. $99 computer fee, $80 delivery fee even though I drone 4 hours to buy the vehicle and $320 in clerical fees. Staff was friendly but the extra fees for nothing is absolute xx. Unfortunately, I had gotten dropped off and was stuck having to pay or be stranded. More

They are thieves. Rafael Arismendi along with his manager Tim Creadick went and marked up the vehicle I bought by $2k without disclosing it. When I asked if the price Rafael Arismendi along with his manager Tim Creadick went and marked up the vehicle I bought by $2k without disclosing it. When I asked if the price of the vehicle was the sticker price I was told yes. After I signed, which I was rushed to do, I noticed the principal amount was increased. I brought it to their attention and they pretty much were passive aggressive about it and said well you signed. When they were contacted by Jeep corporate they lied and said it was disclosed to me before the purchase went through. Be careful dealing with this dealership and their shady ways. Oh and they also disappeared the sticker before the car was transfered to me. Highly disappointed in this dealership. This matter will now turn legal. More
