As per our corresponding text messages with customer, we clearly stated the Price of car, Sales tax, Motor Vehicle and Doc Fee which were all itemized. We have a print out of the text messages. So these numbers were given before the vehicle was pick up and customer had plenty of time to review. When she signed the contract those numbers matched EXACTLY. Nothing was done wrong here.

No, you gave me a finance amount, the bottom number after my down payment and rebates (which I was given the run around to get a clear amount on rebates) plus taxes and fees by text. Never confirmed the principal, never confirmed the rebate totals. When I asked how much the rebates were, I kept being told the amount depends on the bank who approves me, so that throws off the finance amount So stop lying! I also have the text. My mistake was trusting when I verbally asked for confirmation of the principal amount, which in person and over the phone was told $38815, which was on the sticker. Why don't you explain how the salesman dissappeared the sticker from when I saw it Saturday, Monday it was gone never was produced even after I purchased, was illegally taken off the car before it was sold, and explain how the mark up was not advertised?? Also explain, how the monthly payment approximation went from $518 to $580, also was told this by text. I immediately called and asked why and was told because of interest rates, this was said without even checking with banks yet. You all saw an opportunity to get over by being all over the place!!! I should have known then to walk away. Also another throw off was the supposed mistake with the original paperwork which had a totally different social security number, which caused for the paperwork to be all redone. Oh and I was asked to wait outside for about 45 minutes while all this was being done. When I was called in I was rushed to sign in different places electronically, never did any one of you go over all of the numbers with me. All the finance person did was talk about his personal life. Also by being touching feeling with me both Saturday grabbing my hand complimenting my ring and on Monday grabbing the sleeve around my wrist of my jacket complimenting again. This I guess was also done to also throw me off. So get your facts straight! Also, I was told the etching fee was a fee I had to pay and had no choice but then I find out the etching fee is optional! So there goes another $169 you all told me was mandatory.
