I got a text Thank you for asking me to do a review. I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot and was assured the it had been gone through. Just a few days after I bought the Jeep it stalled in an intersection and I bought a 2016 Jeep Patriot and was assured the it had been gone through. Just a few days after I bought the Jeep it stalled in an intersection and it was a struggle to get it going. I thought that maybe my I was just getting used to driving a stick again. It did this several more times over the next month and eventually died for good. At this time I had the Jeep about 7 weeks. Also, the oil light came on just a few weeks after I bought it and I live 45 miles from the dealer so I had it serviced in American Falls because I didn't have time to get out to Teton and use my service agreement. They told me at jiffy that it needed the change. Also, all the tires were seriously low in air pressure. These things prove they did not go through the vehicle before they sold me this lemon. I called them when the Jeep would not start and they said I have towing and to have it towed to them (this was a sat) and they would take a look on Monday. It was Wednesday before they got to it and I was told that the Jeep needed spark plugs, some coil, and 2000 more for the PCM and fuze box. I whole heartedly believe that they are lying about having gone through the Jeep before I bought it and give me a break, about blaming me because I was trying to start it. I 💯 believe they should make this right and fix the Jeep at their cost. I have never had such a terrible experience with buying a used vehicle. I actually thought that Teton Honda was reputable and I would be fine. They saw this senior women coming alone and took advantage. I'm not going to lie, when I realized they take no responsibility, I became so angry with then and they all know how I feel about this situation. They don't care one little bit, trust me. We are going to try to tow the jeep out to American Falls today because there is a mechanic out here who will fix it for less. I don't want anyone I know, or anyone at all for that matter to buy a used vehicle from Teton Honda because they have no problem selling you a complete lemon and not taking any responsibility for anything at all. I have already left a terrible review on their site and on Facebook. I will continue to warn people for years to come about buying from Teton Honda. DONT DO IT! THEY LIE AND THE DONT CARE. THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE CUSTOMER. More

Do not ever buy a used car from Teton Honda in Pocatello. They do not go through them before they sell them. 3 days after buying, it stalled in an intersection, the oil light came on, tires were very low. I so appreciate the fast and friendly service I got yesterday. Oscar Trejo was a real treat to work with and very helpful. They where very busy but after i had explained my situation he was very unders yesterday. Oscar Trejo was a real treat to work with and very helpful. Lewis Henry got my van up and running and I got it in to them for a new battery. Within no time they had me back up and running. Not only that but they got my van all washed up and pretty for me. Best dealership in Pocatello I have been about everywhere in Pocatello to find a car. I used to hate getting my car serviced because dealerships were so mean and short and was extremely difficult to schedule. Honda was amazing and quick! I was taken back right away, given a promised time for pick up, hate amazing snacks available and awesome customer service! I will always be with Honda because if their amazing job and willingness to help and get you the best service possible! More

I found one I was interested in and we filed paperwork to see about getting approved for financing. The bank wanted $2500 down for the vehicle. I did not have the money at the time so I said I'd come back.The deal also included trading in a vehicle I currently own. The finance officer insisted I sign the paperwork that moment and give them at least $100 to hold the car so I can buy it later. The finance officer that was helping me sign papers had repeatedly told me that until they had the $2500 and the keys to my trade in, that the deal could be canceled. After a few weeks I ran into a financial issue and discovered I couldn't afford the vehicle anymore. I went in to let the dealership know i had to cancel the deal and was met with disrespect, lies (about speaking with my reference), and was also threatened with " the bank will be after you" all of this coming from someone named Jessie. He also would not give me the name of the bank who they insist the loan was through. I spoke with an officer at city hall and was told I can file a civil suit and receive my $100 back along with ending the deal. This business is shady and I feel should be reprimanded for either being dishonest with their clients or dishonest with the bank (if they really did file with the bank saying I gave them $2500 when in fact I did NOT). I have not given them $2500, they have not payed off my potential trade in vehicle, and I have never taken possession of the new vehicle. More

We have a 2003 Honda Pilot that we bought new at the dealership. We bought the "lifetime oil change" and have loved it. We needed to purchase a complete "lock" set (driver door, passenger doors, hatch, dealership. We bought the "lifetime oil change" and have loved it. We needed to purchase a complete "lock" set (driver door, passenger doors, hatch, glove compartment and ignition) because our keys had stopped working in all but the ignition and hatch. Kyle is always great about letting us know our options and giving us enough information that we can make an educated decision. We needed to order the parts and Kyle called as soon as they came in and scheduled the apppointment promptly. A shuttle drove my husband home after the car was dropped off - very convenient. When the kit they sent was a slightly lighter gray than the interior of our car, Kyle called to check if we were okay with that rather than just installing it. As soon as the car was finished, we got a call that it was ready. Prompt check out and payment got me on my way quickly. More
