Unless you enjoy getting your time wasted or additional damage to your vehicle, and if you care about safety, do not even consider bringing your car here. My car went in on January 4 to have the ignition r damage to your vehicle, and if you care about safety, do not even consider bringing your car here. My car went in on January 4 to have the ignition replaced with a OEM part since the person I purchased it from had replaced it with an aftermarket one. No real issues with the car. No problem starting driving or stopping but wanted the repairs done right so I went to a Dodge dealership. It took them over a week to replace the ignition and told me that the PMC and BMC needed to be reprogrammed but are in good condition so all told I spent over $1300 for an ignition issue, I drive it home that Friday night less than a mile away the next day I take my whole family, including my at the time 37 weeks pregnant wife out to eat to celebrate having her vehicle and it straight up breaks down in the middle of a service road and won’t turn back on. I had to take my very pregnant wife and play leapfrog to get her safely on the side of the road before having to push the giant van myself off of the road I then have it dropped back off at the dealership since that wasn’t even an issue before but now all the sudden that they’ve worked on it my whole entire car craps out. Well it took them four days to be able to look at my car again at which point they told me the PCM crapped out which wasn’t an issue before and that now my vehicle is going to cost an additional 3800 to fix and told me that the part would be ready on Wednesday 25th of January a week later so the time goes by then they stop responding to my texts I get put on hold and then hung up on twice after calling then I finally get through to somebody who tells me that the technician who was working on my vehicle no longer works there and they put the part that they ordered for my car into someone else’s and now I would have to wait an additional week before the part would come in for my car now. Now over a week later, they are once again not responding to me. I have no idea who is the technician supposed to be working on my car and I’m now about to have to go to the hospital to have my baby and have to walk home because they do not care about their customers we are two days away from them having my vehicle for over a month over an ignition switch needing to be replaced and is now going to cost me over $5000 all told not even counting the rental cars I’ve had to buy for the last month while they drag their feet and continuously give me false timelines.
