Bought a car, was told it had 12,000 miles on it, that it had powertrain warranty. 10 days later I was stranded on the freeway, obstructing traffic…, very much in a dangerous situation. The car had shut off had powertrain warranty. 10 days later I was stranded on the freeway, obstructing traffic…, very much in a dangerous situation. The car had shut off completely, and there was a gas leak, with cars speeding around me on both sides. Vehicle was towed to a brand dealership where I learned Texas Direct sold me a vehicle with a none factory engine, the fuel line had not been correctly attached, and there was no warranty because it wasn’t the original engine, and they had no idea how many miles were on the engine in the car! smh was told because it was past the 7 day return rule there was nothing they could do. Just like that I was out $500 after having my life in danger! smh!!!! More
