I never felt pressured, they just supplied me with information about the vehicles I was interested in so I could make an educated decision. The service department operates like clockwork. I am a return customer not only for Autobarn, but this is my 2nd purchase from Freddy Hamed. He is always courteous and professional. He makes and keeps appointment times and was of particular assistance with helping me get my cell phone paired up with the car and provided follow ups post purchase. More

Purchase price in contract did not accurately reflect the negotiated price, was not for the term I wanted, and was chock full of bogus fees. My error was signing it, and I did not realize discrepancy in the negotiated price, was not for the term I wanted, and was chock full of bogus fees. I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone given my experience with the financing department. The amount they made on me with the fast and loose document process results in my negative, public review and refusal to refer any customers. My purchase experience was ruined. More
