First of all, I did not buy a car from this dealership, but went to test drive a certain car from their online inventory. They did not have the car, but pretended that a fairly new attractive car could be but went to test drive a certain car from their online inventory. They did not have the car, but pretended that a fairly new attractive car could be within my price range, test drove it and really enjoyed it. when they came back with the numbers it was a whole $7,000 over our stated budget. More so, the car was a Suzuki Kizashi, which I had never heard of before and still liked it so went to research it online later and price it. On The Car Company's website it was listed a full $3,000 less than the "bottom line price" that they had generated for us earlier that afternoon. At this price the two year old Kizashi would be only $6,000 less than a completely new model at about $23,000! A word of caution, they do not have prices listed on any of their cars on their lot, and the sales guy could not give us an exact value until we sat down to do real business, and even pushed us to test drive another car they thought would be suitable for me, but was still outside our price range. I would never do business with them. More

I saw an Internet car that I was interested in. I left a $500 deposit/hold and took the day off if work to drive the 150 miles for a test drive. I was prepared to buy the car with cash if I liked it. When I arrived for my appointment, my salesman was not there and I learned that the car had been transferred to the other lot and sold. I was not aware my salesman would not be there and was not called about them moving a car I had a deposit on. The dealership did not offer me anything for my trouble but an apology and my deposit. I did not go away from my experience with the confidence that they would take steps to make sure this did not happen to anyone else. In fact,they did not seem to care about what happened and could not answer my questions as to how it did happen. More

I would not recommend going to this company, especially salesman Bill Howard. He is the biggest liar of all salesman I've ever talked to. They took my downpayement out of my checking account twice on an holiday weekend. (do you have an extra $2000 for somebody to hold over memorial weekend? bounced checks, frozen account, etc.) After finally talking with the owners, they got the salesman Bill Howard on the phone and he lied about promising the car by 8:00 am. The owner did refund a portion of my downpayement. Owners Derek and Mike are good people, Salesman Bill Howard is a typical slimey car salesman. Providing the car get delivered today, is in good condition and my refund check clears, I will recommend this dealership. Stay away from the salesman though More
