"What a waste of time."

I recently went to this dealership about a 2015 Accord they had for sale. I had an appointment set up with a salesman. I arrive and he wasn't available. I spoke with another salesman who was friendly and very polite and very professional. According to the Carfax for this car on the day of my visit, the dealer has had the car on their lot for 73 days. They wouldn't come down on the price of the car. Then they tried to low ball me on my trade in. What they offered me for my trade in was an insult. Honda's supposedly hold their value as far as a trade in value. Not at this dealership. I won't go back. I wouln't recommend this dealer for a new or used car.

"Nice Salesman - Great Service"

Pete Luongo is a great salesman - he'll be competitive on pricing - and won't waste your time with 3 trips back and forth to manager -he cares about making sale I had CR-V for 8 years bought from Apostolakis - was not happy with their service department - so I started going to Honda Store Boardman - the Shop Manager Tom McKinney - took care of engine rebuild for hi oil consumption quickly with a loaner provided - did a new clutch on A/C system - which was a complete drain refill of Freon and replace clutch in about 1 hour as I waited - For Routine Service - Oil Changes Tire Rotations - you were always in and out as promised (They would also Do a Full Courtesy Check of critical systems - and give you a work up - Without A High Pressure to Fix There) - Just a Nice Operation

"Waste of Time"

Visited this dealership looking at the CRV's and could not get a single person to even say hello to me, which seems to be par for the course at Honda dealers in this area. They seem to have the mindset that you need them more than they need you which they'll use to justify their ridiculous prices. A friend of mine who had recently dealt with this place gave me the name of one of their salesmen, Dion Dellibovi, so I emailed him to inquire about leasing a CRV. He must've thought I was an easy mark or I didn't know any better because he gave me an insanely high lease rate, about $125/month more than it should've been. I also recommend you check out the Google reviews of this dealer; you'll see this salesperson gave himself and the dealership a fake positive review. (he couldn't even make the effort to create a fake profile). Their loss will be another dealer's and another brand's gain. This experience as well as bad experiences from two other dealers have completely turned me off from owning a Honda.

"Bad experience at this dealership."

I recently went to this dealership last week to look at a new 2017 Honda Accord LX. Come to find out the car had over 20K miles on it and it has never been titled. They still had the MSRP window sticker on the window of the car. I asked if they would sell it as a used car. They said no because the car has never been titled. After a few emails and phone calls to the internet personnel and the salesman, a price wasnt agreed upon. I drove over there today and the car was outside with the word "DEMO" on it. The first thing the salesman says after coming outside was "It's sold and the customer was coming Monday to pick it up." I left. A few minutes later, I called the dealership and asked to speak to the internet person I spoke to last week. I asked if the car was still for sale and he said "Yes it is." I asked him what he would take for the car. He says, "Is this the gentleman I spoke to last week from Pa?" I said' "Yes it is." He says "We discussed this last week." and then he hung up on me. That's a sad way to do business for somebody looking to buy a new car. Very rude and very unprofessional. I will never recommend this dealer for a new or used car or service for that matter. It's pratices like this that people don't like going to a dealership to buy a car. There was no excuse to be treated like that. Like I said before, "VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL."
