My experience is always pleasant at Banister Ford. As a return customer, I place my car needs into the hands of Mr. Davonte Manuel (Service Advisor). Additionally, the service and break areas are always immaculate. I have waited at Banister Ford for the completion of maintenance on my vehicle the last three times I visited and have never seen the Service Department disheveled in any shape, form, or fashion. The break area is open, spacious, well lit, and very clean. The chairs are comfortable too. All said, Banister Ford is the only place that I have taken my 2019 Ford Edge for maintenance since I purchased it. I trust them with my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
