No biggie, between Jill, American Glass Pros and Amber, Thunder Service Writer, have my vehicle needing a new window from glass laminate on top edge of windshield and needed to be replaced free of charge thru insurance. Asked Jill to show me windshield area on vehicle that had separation to be replaced. When I started walking to my Durango SRT, Jill asked if the SRT was my vehicle, I indicated yes, the SRT is my vehicle. The Red Charger that was in for service at the same time my SRT was being serviced, was the vehicle that had the bad windshield. I took my 2018 Jeep Rubicon in for an electrical issue, fault to auto stop/start system and dead battery. It took two days to be able to source the issue however, it was discovered to be a faulty secondar fault to auto stop/start system and dead battery.
