Donna was a very professional and courteous representative. We felt very comfortable working with her and appreciated her time. After considering a Buick Enclave, we decided we were not sure representative. We felt very comfortable working with her and appreciated her time. After considering a Buick Enclave, we decided we were not sure we wanted to downsize from the size SUV we have now. So we looked at Yukons and were honestly appalled that the dealership would add literally $10k to a full MSRP. Donna tried to get a discount but the dealership still wanted $7k over MSRP. Again, we would gladly work with Donna but not with the way Tillery prices new Yukons. More
