"Service Department is Awful!"

I dropped off my car for a minor service and was told it would be ready at end of the day. After three days and no word from Service Department I was told that it had not even been worked on yet. I tried each day to call and each time was either placed on hold or transferred to generic voicemail. It is impossible to even get in touch with a service representative to see what is going on. This is the worst service experience I have ever had at any dealership.

"Help when needed most"

In a blinding ice storm I got a flat tire stranded I googled tire repairs Tim lallys name came up I slowly hobbled in to the service area After driveing a cpl miles on a flat I was greeted with respect from the porter to the service writer Great experience all around & back on the road for a rough weather ride home

"I like taking my GM cars to Tim Lally."

I've taken multiple GM cars to Tim Lally over my lifetime. I recently bought a Buick LaCrosse hybrid. The waiting area has GREAT wifi and coffee. At Lally they are good with high millage older cars.

Came in for an oil change and was informed by Steven Liska I needed a complete brake job. A little bit surprise, I requested to see what needed to be done. Steven was very nice and took me back to see Jeff Kapel the technician who explain and showed me why I needed new brakes. Thank you for your service.
