My car was towed to Courtesy Motors to have work done under the GM warranty, the transmission had went out. According to the warranty, it has to be towed to the nearest dealership, which at the time, th under the GM warranty, the transmission had went out. According to the warranty, it has to be towed to the nearest dealership, which at the time, this is where I lived. First thing was they had trouble getting parts so they had my vehicle for 5 weeks, they did provide a rental car through the warranty. After I got my car back, I told them it wasn't running right and they told me that the transmission had to "settle" and to drive it for a while. I did, and again went back several more times .... well here I am, less than 12,000 miles later and my car is back in to another dealership getting the transmission rebuilt again. Not a happy person about this at all :( More
