Just purchased a 2021 Mercedes GLA 45. I wanted the car gave deposit and wired money the next day. Nates communication was good during the buying portion. Car shows up a few days later as we are out of state in Montana. They need to use docusign for out of state purchases. Everything had to be done through fed ex. car showed up with two defective windows stains inside the glass. Car broke down with 200 miles on it had to have it towed to Billings 3 hours away. Billing Mercedes and Mercedes themselves have been amazing..Had some issues with communication while trying to get the title paperwork. Couldn't get a straight answer where it was. Over all it was an average experience we love the car minus the issues in the beginning. Comm with Nate was great at first kinda fell off at the end. I believe in honest feedback so just giving my experience here the good and bad. Glass issue should have been identified before delivery. Im kinda torn as if I would recommend these guys or not.
