We’re sorry you felt your visit was not up to your standards, but please know customer service is important to us and we take issues like this very seriously. We do a courtesy multi-point inspection on all cars, which includes a battery test, and we go over the results with the customer. We also show customers the condition of their air/pollen filters in Express Service. We never try to sell anyone anything that is not needed, and we perform all our maintenance recommendations straight out of the owner’s manual. That being said, we are human and we do make mistakes sometimes. When we do, we do our best to make things right. If you would like to discuss your visit with our Service Manager, he is always available to help answer questions and resolve problems.
