When the service was complete I had their shuttle pick me up at the office and take me in to get my car. I had a great conversation on the ride into the shop with Gene Horne, the shuttle driver. Gene is such a great guy! Always uplifting and just a pleasure to speak with. Thank you again for yet another great experience! More

He was a joy. He was cordial and got me home and then called when he was on his way to collect me later. This was the best part of my visit to your dealership and service department. I felt like he really cared about giving me great service, and that is very unique in the world today. He was very competent, and advised me on what service items I needed and worked with me so it did not break my bank. Amazing Experience I am really not one to write reviews, but I received such great customer service here that I had to stop by and give credit where credit is due. I live out of state and came to visit a friend who lives in Indiana. I had a flat tire and took my car to Tom Woods Volkswagen. I was a little frustrated and hesitant because, looking at how nice and fancy this place was, I thought it would cost me an arm and a leg just to fix my flat. Boy, was I wrong. The pricing was very great compared to other places I've been, and that was a huge burden lifted off of my shoulders. Also, you could really tell that the service tech that helped me, Derrick Thames, really loves what he does. He had the best attitude and made sure my car was ready to go quickly. It's not every day that you find someone that is so clearly in love with their job. Very refreshing. More
