I took my car in for the yearly oil change so I walk over to customer service desk. She was somewhat busy but acknowledged me. She asked if I had an appointment I told her yes but I had an additional conc to customer service desk. She was somewhat busy but acknowledged me. She asked if I had an appointment I told her yes but I had an additional concern I was told for someone to look at it would cost me 250.00. It was just the rear view mirror. Anyway she called a sales person to look at it. He told me what he thought the problem was. Okay I waited for the oil change it was done in 1/2 hour and I asked if they rotated the tire because it’s the package deal they sold me last year. She then told me they didn’t rotate the tires because I needed new tires. So I leave and have a person later look at tires and tells me your tires are fine you don’t even have 30000 miles on your car so. the conclusion came to money. They don’t want to do the routine check up because no payment was transacted. That kind of treatment is unacceptable you’re a customer you’ve paid to have the service to be done what a bogus sales pitch. Very disappointing for service prospective I expected better. More
