I had one of the BEST experiences with the folks at Torrington Toyota. They really aim to please. Their sales folks are honest, straight forward and are pressure free. They definitely know how to take care of their customers before, during and after the sale!
A car dealer is a place where you need to establish a level of trust between customer and dealer. In most cases, the customer is at the mercy of the dealer and service center. If one does not have a good relationship or trust the dealer, then one inevitably feels ripped off when all is said and done. Not at Torrington Toyota! Torrington establishes an outstanding customer relationship and this carries through in their terrific work on the showroom floor and in their service center! Unlike other shops, you are not just a number. The staff treats everyone like a valued customer, from the guy who just needs an oil change, to someone who needs major warranty work performed.
These folks go above and beyond to please and I am happy to open my wallet for them to get the service a valuable customer deserves.
