qupted one price and charged another! I purchased a used Jeep from this dealer and it came with only one key. When I called and asked about having a second key made I was quoted $172.69. I purchased a used Jeep from this dealer and it came with only one key. When I called and asked about having a second key made I was quoted $172.69. I specifically asked, "Is that 172.69 plus programming?" and was told "No, your total is $172.69. When I had the key made and went to pay I was charged $248.73!! For a spare key to a vehicle they had just sole me!! Ouch! More

Extremely poor customer service Town & Country has extremely poor customer service. The salesman I worked with did not know the specifications of the vehicle he was selling. The ve Town & Country has extremely poor customer service. The salesman I worked with did not know the specifications of the vehicle he was selling. The vehicle tow rating was important to me and when I asked, he informed me of a rating that I questioned. He went into the dealership and confirmed it had an approx. 16.3k pounds tow rating. When I researched, I found the rating to be approx. 9.8k pounds. I have had numerous conversations and emails with the salesman over this issue getting nowhere. I have tried to contact the sales manager of Town & Country but he has never responded. I have been treated as if they are giving me the middle finger. I would never recommend Town and Country to anyone. More

The inside financial and management people tried to rush the whole process and kept trying to overcharge me despite the fact that they had much lower prices quoted online. They hid the true cost of things until the very last moment and tried to get me to sign without disclosing the terms. They couldn't even get the paperwork filled out correctly. I walked away and you should do the same. More

We have found Matt to be a great resource as well as a trusted ally. The service department has been extremely responsive to our requests and does a great job of working within our timeframe. When we walk into Town And Country, everyone there knows us by our first names and we are always greeted with a smile and a handshake or a hug.
