Was unhappy I used this dealer in 2011 it was great. Went back 9/3/15 found a car I like & got it. After I got home I decided I didn't need the hitch I ordered. I used this dealer in 2011 it was great. Went back 9/3/15 found a car I like & got it. After I got home I decided I didn't need the hitch I ordered. Played phone tag for a couple of days. Then I got a voice mail from salesman I would have to pay for restocking fee and it's a real hassle. I left a message I would pay. never heard back. On the morning f 9/9/15 I emailed someone from the dealers website. I got an email from a Lori Hucke that she had a car for me I emailed her back and explained what happen in the email. That afternoon I called & spoke to a guy who said to bad it yours you ordered it the car is in your driveway. I was so upset I forgot his name. About 3:00 9/9/15 I got a call from the GM Fred Hoyt. He asked what happened I explained. He found out about my trouble from Lori Thanks Lori. Fred told me what he can do to help and I was very very pleased. I would use this dealer again. More

Love my new Jeep from Town & Country! So excited and thankful to finally be in a Jeep! I've been in a Hyundai Elentra and with that last few winters we've had been wanting to get out of th So excited and thankful to finally be in a Jeep! I've been in a Hyundai Elentra and with that last few winters we've had been wanting to get out of that and into anything with AWD/4WD. It basically took a miracle, but Rich DeMott & Mike Lester pulled it off!! Mike took the time to test drive a few options with my fiancé and I and really gave us his honest opinion of the makes we were looking at. He expressed he had driven both and both were great vehicles, but some more details on which would handle the winter conditions the best and would have me feeling the most comfortable. Rich was able to get a great interest rate and we were able to finance the vehicle and drive it off the lot that day! All in all - these guys took their time and worked with me to get out of a lease and into something I can call my own. Thank you both!! More
