For the past 6 years i have owned two jeeps. Jiim has always gone above and beyond for me everytime i speak to him. Every phone call he is a pleasant, happy, and tremendously helpful. He is a very valuable asset to that company and knowing i have someone like him that i can call when i need something. For these reasons, i will continue to own, buy and service my vehicles at Town & Country Jeep. Also in the time i have owned my Jeeps, I have lived in BayShore NY. Which is about 30-40 min drive from Levittown where the dealer is. Well do not know where to start. Jim Ingrassia has been nothing but a pleasure every time I go in to service my Jeep Liberty..I met Jim about two years ago when I Had my jeep commander and he guided me in nothing but a pleasure every time I go in to service my Jeep Liberty..I met Jim about two years ago when I Had my jeep commander and he guided me in all the right directions on how to go,about trading it in and getting another jeep. Now I have a Jeep Liberty and again he has been nothing but a pleasure when dealing with him.As soon as you walk in the door at the service dept he is greeting you with a big smile answers all your questions and cracks a joke or two... I would highly recommended a big raise for this man.There are not to many friendly people left that are so willing to help a customer...
