Certain combinations of features are not available in some regions. Why the Toyota Corporation lets distributors decide what the customer can have in some regions, when it is available in other regions, makes no sense. Not surprised that we ended up with another Toyota addition; our salesman gets a 10+! Salesman excellent—courteous and respectful and attended to all questions. Toyota Corporation . . . not so addition; our salesman gets a 10+! Salesman excellent—courteous and respectful and attended to all questions. Toyota Corporation . . . not so much. The Toyota dealership corporation advertises a 3.9% interest rate; however, once in the financial part of the transaction we were told they actually do not have that rate to offer, even with an excellent credit score. The best they could offer was 9%, again with an excellent credit score. That type of advertising is deceptive, dishonest, and untruthful. Had we known the truth upfront other arrangements could have been made. Very disappointing. More

Giving Town And Country Toyota one star because I cannot leave zero. My vehicle was purchased with a service contract, not only did Town And Country Toyota not complete the service in their own service prog leave zero. My vehicle was purchased with a service contract, not only did Town And Country Toyota not complete the service in their own service program, they also damaged my vehicle. It is unacceptable to claim work was done when it was not, damage a vehicle and act like nothing ever happened. The lack of accountability at Town And Country Toyota is unacceptable and I won’t return my business there. Please consider using Toyota of North Charlotte, Toyota, rock Hill, Scott Clark, Toyota, or anyone else. Hopefully this is helpful for anyone looking to have their vehicle serviced in Charlotte. More
